McMidwives are Natasha McDonald and Carrie McIntosh.

We work with women and their families to offer continuity of care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. We are happy to support women planning home births and are both experienced in caring for women birthing in water. We are also happy to care for women in hospital but are not always able to obtain a contract to work as a midwife in hospital. In these circumstances the same care package applies but we would accompany you to hospital as a birth supporter and advocate for your wishes.

We are both based in Lothian and will travel to most parts of the Lothians and some parts of Fife and Borders.
